The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the Executive Budget F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (Php 3,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/Improvement of PGAS Government Center (Rehab./Improvement of Government Motor Pool Buildings) at Gov. D.O. Plaza Government Center, Patin-ay, Prosperidad, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 26-21 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
