1. The Municipal Government of Mogpog, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 FY 2025 to apply the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FOUR PESOS AND 12/100 (₱746,504.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Mogpog Public Market Comfort Room Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
