1. The Provincial Government of Nueva Ecija (PGNE), through the Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Fund - Trust Fund, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Nine Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Seven Thousand One Hundred Fifty-Two Pesos and Twenty-Four Centavos (P 39,977,152.24), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation/ Improvement of Dupinga River along Brgy. Bagong Sikat, Gabaldon, Nueva Ecija (Location 3). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The PGNE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required by one hundred five (105) calendar days.
