Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REHABILITATION / IMPROVEMENT OF CCTV

The Barangay Government of Palanas through 2025 Annual Budget- Capital Outlay intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (P 150,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for REHABILITATION / IMPROVEMENT OF CCTV.

1. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Government of Palanas now invites bids for the supply of labor and materials for the REHABILITATION / IMPROVEMENT OF CCTV.
Completion of works is required Fifteen (15) days after the receipt of notice to proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding documents, particularly in section II instruction to bidders

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedure using non-discretionary pass/fail criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules& regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184(RA 9184) otherwise known as Government procurement reform act.
