Description : 1. The Environmental Management Bureau Region 10, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) for FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (PhP 3,750,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation / Improvement of 2nd Floor of New Environmental Management Bureau Region 10 for Early Procurement Activities for FY 2024 Public Bidding PR no. 2023-12-353. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Environmental Management Bureau Region 10 now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 120 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
