REHABILITATION OF GUTTER AT PUBLIC MARKET, BRGY. II

1) The Municipality of Pontevedra, Negros Occidental, through the 2025 Reversion intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Five Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (₱ 205,850.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Gutter at Public Market, Brgy. II. Bids received in excess of the BAC shall be automatically rejected bid opening.

2) The Municipality of Pontevedra now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Gutter at Public Market, Brgy. II using the non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 working days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, at least 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instructions to Bidders.
