Description : Gentlemen:

In connection with the Rehabilitation of Guidance Office, this office would like to request for a price quotation by filling the blanks opposite the corresponding items hereunder. Price Quotations shall be submitted addressed to the Chairman, Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), Llano High School, Del Mundo Village, Llano, Caloocan City.

All quotation on the item given below shall be received by the Committee on or before January 29, 2025 at 12:00 PM, Bidder/Dealer or their authorized representative is hereby given the option to witness the opening of the price quotation submitted.

The Procurement Committee reserves the right to reject any and all price quotations, to waive any defect of informality and assumes no obligations whatsoever to compensate indemnity to prospective bidder for any expenses may occur in the preparation of price quotations and to accept the offer most advantageous to the Procuring Entity.
