Description : The Municipal Government of Hadji Muhtamad, through the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos (₱2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the Rehabilitation of the Government Center (Area Coordinating Center) at Barangay Tausan, Hadji Muhtamad, Basilan. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Municipality now invites PhilGEPS-registered contractors to submit bids for the Rehabilitation of the Government Center (Area Coordinating Center). The project includes civil works and all necessary construction activities as indicated in the Plans, Specifications, and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).

Completion of the contract shall be within the period specified in the Bidding Documents.

Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures, using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion, as prescribed under the 2024 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (Government Procurement Reform Act).
