Invitation to Bid for the REHABILITATION OF GINGOOG CITY FOUNTAIN AT RIZAL PARK AT BARANGAY 15, GINGOOG CITY, MISAMIS ORIENTAL

1. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City, through the budget AO # 2025-08 for the contract approved by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, intends to apply the sum One Million Four Hundred Seventy-Four Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety-Eight Pesos and 01/100 only (PHP 2,474,798.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under contract reference number 2025-INFRA-089. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Gingoog City now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 30 calendar days Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
