1. The Municipal Government of La Trinidad, through the General Fund (DRRM-TF) 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Twenty-Five and 61/100 Pesos (Php942,025.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Footpath (POW-DRRM-2025-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
