PURCHASE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

1. The City Government of Cotabato, through General Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Seventeen Thousand Eight Hundred Forty Nine Pesos (Php 617,849.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract. Rehabilitation of FCD System at Dona Avelina Gutierez Avenue from National Hi-way to Rosal Junction, Cotabato City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Cotabato, now invites bids for Construction Materials. Delivery of the Goods is required 5 Calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project....
