The Brgy. Catadman Basey, Samar through its Brgy. Funds intend to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PHP150,000.00), being the Approve Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under REHABILITATION OF FARM-TO-MARKET ROAD in Brgy. Catadman Basey, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.

The Brgy. Catadman Basey, Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), now invites contractors, whether or not registered with the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB), to apply and to bid for the proposed project, provided that contractors without a PCAB license submit a Barangay Resolution affirming that infrastructure projects with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Php500,000.00 and below are exempt from the PCAB license requirement, in accordance with GPPB Resolution No. 15-2015.
