Description : The Province of Antique through the LDRRMF CY-2024 to apply the sum of One
Million Four Hundred Fifty Three Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos and
Ninety Six Centavos (1, 453, 678.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract
(ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Evacuation Center,
Malandog Elementary School, Brgy. Malandog, Hamtic, Antique (Brgy. Malandog,
Hamtic, Antique). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected
at bid opening.
2. The Province of Antique now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required Eighty (80) Calendar Days. Bidders should have
completed a contract similar to the Project, within five (5) years from the date of
submission and receipt of bids. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the
Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
