  “Rehabilitation of Earthquake Monitoring Station - Roxas City Seismic Station (RCP) - Civil Works”
  
  1) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology, through the GAA 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (₱ 2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for “Rehabilitation of Earthquake Monitoring Station - Roxas City Seismic Station (RCP) - Civil Works” with the Purchase Request Number 520250906109-0-2. Bids received in excess of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2) The Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Twenty (120) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
