Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR REHABILITATION OFDUPLEX GUEST HOUSE

1. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,
Dam & Reservoir Division, through the Corporate Operating Budget for CY-2025
intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (P5,000,000.00) being the Approved
Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of
Duplex Guest House with a Contract ID No. 2025-MARIIS-DRD-COB-INFRA-003.
Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid
opening.

2. The National Irrigation Administration-Magat River Integrated Irrigation System,
Dam & Reservoir Division now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days.
Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an
eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II
(Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary
