INVITATION TO BID FOR the
REHABILITATION (DREDGING) OF TUI CREEK
1. The Municipality of Balagtas, through the GENERAL FUND intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Two Hundred Ninety One and 36/100 (P 7,995,291.36) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION (DREDGING) OF TUI CREEK (RDC 01-03-2025) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Balagtas now invites bids for the above REHABILITATION (DREDGING) OF TUI CREEK (RDC 01-03-2025) Delivery of the Goods is required by 130 working days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
