The City Government of Cagayan de Oro, through Continuing Appropriation CY 2023, Non-Office: Economic Services Sector - Infrastructure Projects and Program - Construction of Drainage System, intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Thousand and 0/100 (PHP2,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage System at Zone 5 and Zone 7, FS Catanico; SN 366a - 2024. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
