1. The Local Government Unit of Balatan, Camarines Sur, through 20% EDF FY 2025/RESOLUTION NO. 2025-88 intends to apply the sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php 250,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract REHABILITATION OF DRAINAGE CANAL AT ZONE 7, BRGY. DURAN, BALATAN, CAMARINES SUR [INFRA-SVP-2025-12-033]. Offers received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at opening of offers.
