1. ALL WORKS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE "DPWH DESIGN GUIDELINES CRITERIA AND STANDARD" - VOLUME II-2013 EDITION. "GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROADS AND BRIDGES." 1976 "AASHTO INTERIM GUIDE FOR DESIGN OF PAVEMENT STRUCTURES", 1972.
2. ALIGNMENT AND GRADES ARE SUBJECT TO ADJUSTMENT TO SUIT EXISTING FIELD CONDITIONS.
3. ALL ELEVATIONS, DIMENSIONS, AND DISTANCES ARE ALL IN METERS UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.
4. ALL CONCRETE MIXTURES SHALL BE CLASS "A" 20.68 mpA (3,000 PSI)
5. CONCRETE PROTECTION FOR REINFORCING STEEL BARS SHALL BE AT LEAST 50 mm
6. FULLY WELD ALL JOINT CONNECTIONS AND GRIND FOR SMOOTH SURFACE IN STEEL WORKS
