1. The Local Government of Barangay Pico, through the Supplemental Budget 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal/ Manhole At Bayabas/ POW-1041-2025-PCO-05B. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
