ALL PARTS OF THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE FINISHED WITH FIRST CLASS WORKSMANSHIP IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND WITH THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF THE END USER.

THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO ALL THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE NATIONAL BUILDING CODE OF THE PHILIPPINES AND THE EXISTING RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BOLINAO, PANGASINAN.

THIS ITEM SHALL CONSIST OF ROADWAY AND DRAINAGE AND BORROW EXCAVATION AND THE DISPOSAL OF MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SPECIFICATION AND IN CONFIRMITY WITH THE LINES, GRADES, AND DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE PLANS OR ESTABLISHED BY THE ENGINEER.

* EXTERIOR WALL AND CR WALLS SHALL BE 4" CHB REINFORCED WITH 10mm RSB SPACED EVERY 0.8m ON VERTICAL BARS & EVERY 3 LAYERS OF CHB FOR HORIZONTAL BARS.

* CHB SHALL BE FREE FROM CRACKS & OTHER DEFECTS.

* PROVIDE ADDITIONAL STIFFENER BARS ON EVERY WALL OPENING.

* WALL FINISHES SHALL BE 20mm THICK CONCRETE CEMENT FINISH.
