1. The Barangay 03, Poblacion Salcedo Eastern Samar, through the Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of (Ninety Four Thousand Two Hundred Forty Five PESOS ONLY] (94,245.0000) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for ( Rehabilitation of Drainage Canal). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
