1. The National Irrigation Administration - Irrigation Management Office Davao de Oro, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Seven Hundred Eighty Five Thousand Three Hundred Seventy Eight Pesos & 42/100 (Php 4,785,378.42) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Dam at Tigbao Creek, Construction of New Intake Box Culvert and Manhole at Closed Conduit, Installation of Steel Gate with Trashrack and Construction of 23m Protection Dike Upstream of Dam of TIGBAO CIS, Maragusan, Davao de Oro under LMC No. DDO 2025-006. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
