The Barangay Bugabus, Purok 6 invites Philippine-registered contractors to bid for the Rehabilitation of Covered Court at Purok 6, Barangay Bugabus, including Ceiling Modification.
1. Scope of Work:
• Removal of existing ceiling panels on a designated side of the court.
• Structural adjustments to beams and supporting frames to accommodate the new ceiling.
• Supply and installation of ceiling panels on the specified side.
• Finishing works including painting/protective coating and adjustment of electrical fixtures if necessary.
• Complete site cleanup and disposal of debris.
2. Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): ₱300,000.00 (20% allocated as advance payment)
3. Source of Funds: Barangay Development Fund / Local Government Fund
4. Eligibility Requirements:
• PhilGEPS registration
• Valid business and contractor permits
• Experience in ceiling panel installation and light structural works
