The LGU of San Marcelino, Zambales through the 20% DF/General Fund/5% LDRRM Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Pesos (Php5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the “REHABILITATION / CONSTRUCTION OF VARIOUS SLOPE PROTECTIONS: (a.) Rehabilitation of Barangay Creek Slope Protection at Purok 2 & Purok 3, Brgy. Rizal, San Marcelino, Zambales (b.) Rehabilitation of Slope Protection at Lucero-Umaya Box Culvert in Brgy. Lucero, San Marcelino, Zambales (c.) Construction of Slope Protection at Brgy. Laoag, San Marcelino, Zambales”, Project ID No. Infra-2025-007. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
