1. The LGU-SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ, through the GENERAL FUND 2024 (MEMORIAL) intends to apply the sum of ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED NINETY SIX THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED THIRTY FOUR PESOS AND NINETY TWO CENTAVOS (Php 1,296,934.92) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION / CONSTRUCTION OF APARTMENT NICHES @ SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ MEMORIAL PARK and PROJECT IDENTIFICATION NUMBER SCM-INFRA-12232024-02. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU-SCIENCE CITY OF MUÑOZ now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty (50) Calendar Days.
