  1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Sixty Three Thousand Thirty Nine Pesos and Eighty Nine Centavos (P4,963,039.89) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Concrete Walkway on Drainage at Zone 1 to Zone 2, Barangay Dallangayan Oeste (Project Identification Number PB-25-004). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
