Description : 1. The Barangay San Agustin, through the 20% Development Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ninety Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty Six Pesos and 65/100 Centavos (P98,986.65) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Comfort Rooms and Water Supply, Multi-Purpose Hall, Health Center and Day Care Center, Barangay San Agustin, City of San Fernando, La Union (Project Identification Number SAN AGUSTIN 2025-03). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Barangay San Agustin now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Eleven (11) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
