Description : INVITATION TO BID

1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF LANGIDEN, ABRA, thru Capital Outlay Fund, Series of 2025,
intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Eight & 37/100 Pesos (Php
2,578,008.37) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for
EDF2025CW14: REHABILITATION OF COLLATING ROAD WITH SLOPE PROTECTION, Brgy.
Quillat, Langiden, Abra. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT-LANGIDEN, ABRA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Completion of the Works is required 50 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the
Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II,
(Instructions to Bidders).

3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail”
