1. The Barangay Pooc Oriental through the 20% Development Fund of Ninety Six Thousand One Hundred Fifty three pesos and 25/100 only (96,153.25), being the approved budget of the Contract for the delivery of materials within 5 calendar years.

2. Bidding will be conducted through competitive Bidding procedures using a non discretionary "pass/fail" criterion. Bidding is open to all interested bidders subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR of RA 9184.
