1) The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the AO No. 2025-11 - CY 2026 Annual Budget - 20% Development Fund - Current intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Eight Thousand Six Hundred Seventy One Pesos and 82/100 (Php 3,108,671.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Child Development Center 1 and 2 at Brgy. Catbangen, City of San Fernando, La Union. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
