Description : Rehabilitation of Centennial Arena Lighting System, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte

1.The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte through the Capital Outlay - Investment Property Building intends to apply the sum of Three Million Seven Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Two Hundred Seven and 43/100 Pesos (Php 3,729,207.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Centennial Arena Lighting System, Laoag City, Ilocos Norte (BAC IN 2025-28). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Provincial Government of Ilocos Norte now invites bid for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required is 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders)
