Description : Invitation to Bid for REHABILITATION OF CATEEL MUNICIPAL POLICE STATION (CMPS) BUILDING

1.The Municipality of Cateel, through the General Fund 2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (P 1, 500, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Cateel Municipal Police Station (CMPS) Building at Poblacion, Cateel, Davao Oriental with Project Identification Number INFRA-2025-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2.The Municipality of Cateel now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Seventy (70) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
