1. The LGU Villaverde, through the MLGU General Fund (MAGRO) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Nine Pesos & 66/100 (P 499,859.66) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF BUILDING FOR SEED STORAGE (MLGC BUILDING) (I-2025-11-16). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU VILLAVERDE now invites bids for Rehabilitation of 8.00m x 14.10m Building to include Replacement of Roofing Sheets (at main building & exit) & Installation of Roofing Sheets at Entrance, Concreting of 106.40sq.m x 0.10m thk Flooring, Repainting of CHB Walls, Columns, Beams, Roof Framing & Window Sashes, Installation of 2" x 4" C-Purlins (at entrance) & Fascia Board (at entrance & exit), Installation of Roll-up Doors (at entrance & exit) & Window Screens and Electrical Works.
