1. The Barangay ILAG,San Teodoro intends to apply the sum of SIXTY NINE THOUSAND TWENTY PESOS ONLY (Php 69,020.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) from 20% development Fund Barangay Ilag,San Teodoro, to payments under the contract for the Purchase & Delivery of Materials for the Rehabilitation of Brgy. Health Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay Ilag, San Teodoro now invites to bid for the Rehabilitation of Brgy. Health Center. Delivery of Materials is required within thirty (30) days upon receipt of award. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Instructions to Bidders.
