The Municipality of Valencia, through the 20% DF - CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Twenty-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty- Six Pesos and 44/100 Only (₱ 823,846.44) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Brgy. Bong-ao Road from Purok Malunggay to Purok Gabi with POW No.25-02-0097. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
