INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT

1.The City Mayor-s Office intends to procure thru Negotiated Procurement (after Two Failed Biddings) pursuant to Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules & Regulations of RA 9184, the project: Fuel, Miscellaneous Materials, Royalty Fee: Item 104 (Limestone), Tarpaulin (4-x6-), Royalty Fee: (Item 200) for the Rehabilitation of Barangay Roads, Various Roads, Tacurong City with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Two Million Five Hundred Forty Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Eighty Six Pesos (P2,547,886.00)

2.The City Mayor-s Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee, now invites technically, legally, and financially capable bidders for the said project.

3.Interested bidders shall submit the following documents as well as the Price Quotation at the Office of the City General Services:

a. Mayor-s Permit
b. PhilGeps Registration Certificate
c. ITR
d. Omnibus Sworn Statement
