Description : NOTICE FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (Two-Failed Biddings)

1. In view of the two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay Local Government Unit of Napangan, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites PhilGEPS registered suppliers to participate in the Negotiated Procurement of Rehabilitation of Barangay Road (Reshaping & Spot Gravelling of Existing Barangay Road), in accordance with Section 53.1 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR) of the Republic Act No. 9184.

2. The Barangay Local Government Unit of Napangan, through the 2023-2024 - 20% Barangay Development Fund, applied the sum of Two hundred thousand pesos (₱200,000.00) for the aforesaid procurement consisting item of works, as follows;
