1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Six Million Forty Six Thousand Six Hundred Forty Two Pesos and Seventy Five Centavos (P6,046,642.75) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Barangay Road and Construction of Drainage Canal at Zone 1 to Zone 2, Barangay Dallangayan Oeste (Project Identification Number PB-25-002). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Eighty Eight (88) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project.
