  1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the 20% Development Fund intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Forty Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Five Pesos and Twenty Seven Centavos (P9,440,865.27) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Barangay Road and Construction of Drainage Canal System at Purok 6, Barangay Sevilla (Project Identification Number PB-25-005). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
