1. The BARANGAY DON TOMAS STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE throught the 20% BARANGAY DEVELOPMENT FUND 2025, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED PESOS ONLY (Php. 199,200.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid opening.

2. The BARANGAY DON TOMAS STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE, now invites bids FOR PROCUREMENT OF REHABILITATION OF BARANGAY ROAD MATERIALS ONLY TO BE DELIVERED AT THE BARANGAY DON TOMAS STA ELENA CAMARINES NORTE Delivery of the Goods is required WITHIN 30 CALENDAR DAYS. Bidders should have completed, within 30 CD from the date of submission and receipt of Bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
