  1) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR, through the 5% LDRRMF CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of FIVE MILLION PESOS (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for REHABILITATION OF THE BARANGAY HEALTH STATION OF SABANG ADGAWAN, LA PAZ AT P-1, BRGY. SABANG ADGAWAN, LA PAZ, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-33 BLDG. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  2) The PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUSAN DEL SUR now invites bids for REHABILITATION OF THE BARANGAY HEALTH STATION OF SABANG ADGAWAN, LA PAZ AT P-1, BRGY. SABANG ADGAWAN, LA PAZ, AGUSAN DEL SUR with Contract Ref No. 26-33 BLDG. Completion of the Works is required 120 CD. Bidders should have completed, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
