BARANGAY COGON

Invitation to Bid for the Rehabilitation of Barangay Health Center at Brgy. Cogon, Palo, Leyte
Purchase Request No. 2025-06-03

1. The Barangay of Cogon, Palo, Leyte through the Development Fund approved by the Sangguniang Barangay intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Six Hundred Eighty One Pesos & 56/100 (P 549,681.56) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Barangay Health Center at Brgy. Cogon, Palo, Leyte with PR No. 2025-06-03. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Barangay of Cogon, Palo, Leyte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Forty (40) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
