1. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union, through the RA 7171 Fund intends to apply the sum of Five Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Pesos and Eighty Two Centavos (P 5,650,220.82) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Widening of Barangay Road, Zone 4 and 5, Barangay Dallangayan Oeste (Project Identification Number PB-24-104-1). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of San Fernando, La Union now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required Fifty Three (53) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
