Description : Scope of Work:
1. Objective
To rehabilitate and waterproof the Supply Office in order to prevent water leakage, structural damage, and ensure a safe, durable, and functional working environment.
2. Coverage
The scope of work shall cover the supply of all materials, labor, tools, and equipment necessary for the rehabilitation and waterproofing of the Supply Office.
3. Specific Works
a. Rehabilitation Works
• Inspection and assessment of existing structural and surface conditions.
• Removal of damaged finishes, debris, and deteriorated materials.
• Repair of cracks, leaks, and structural defects on walls, ceilings, and flooring.
• Replacement or reinforcement of affected sections.
• Re-application of finishing works (plastering, painting, or tiling )
b. Waterproofing Works
• Surface preparation (cleaning, sanding, and patching of cracks).
• Application of waterproofing membrane/chemical coating to walls, ceilings, and flooring exposed to moisture.
