INFRA - B - 063. Rehabilitation and Improvement of Provincial Engineering Office Building, PEO Compound, Brgy. Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City

1) The Provincial Government of Batangas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Four Million Pesos Only (₱34,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Improvement of Provincial Engineering Office Building, PEO Compound, Brgy. Kumintang Ilaya, Batangas City

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) The Provincial Government of Batangas now invites bids for the above infrastructure project. Completion of the Works required is Two Hundred Ten (210) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders (ITB).
