  1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the General Appropriations Act of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Ninety-Nine Million Five Hundred Forty-One Thousand Four Hundred Fifteen and 61/100 Pesos Only (P 99,541,415.61) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation and Improvement of Porac Main Canal East, Repair of Sto. Cristo Dam and Improvement of Solib Dam with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PGRIS-12 located in Guagua, Lubao and Floridablanca, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
