1. The NATIONAL IRRIGATION ADMINISTRATION - REGION 3, through the NGA, the National Expenditure Program of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Seventy-One Million Seven Hundred Fifty-Eight Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-Two and 12/100 Pesos Only (P 71,758,982.12) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Rehabilitation and Improvement of Porac Main Canal East, Improvement of Solib Dam, and Repair of Sto. Cristo Dam with IB No. NIAR3-2026-PAM-PORAC RIS-3 located in Floridablanca, Guagua, and Lubao, Pampanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
