INVITATION TO BID FOR
“REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF PINILI AGRICULTURAL FARMERS DISPOSAL FACILITY”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171 LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED ELEVEN PESOS & 94/100 (P 9,999,911.94) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-158. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, Structure Excavation (Common Soil) w/ Rock Excavation, Reinforced Concrete, Reinforcing Steel, Garde 60, Forms and Falseworks, 150mm CHB Non Load Bearing Wall (including Reinforcing Steel), High Density Polythylene (HDPE) with Deliverables, Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 180 CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
