“REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF FARM TO MARKET ROAD/SLOPE PROTECTION AT BARANGAY PAGDILAO”

1. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte through the RA 7171-LBM 91 intends to apply the sum of NINE MILLION NINE HUNDRED NINETY NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTY NINE PESOS & 87/100 (P 9,999,689.87) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PIN2025-064. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Municipality of Pinili, Ilocos Norte now invites bids for Clearing and Grubbing, structure Excavation, Embankment, Subgrade Preparation, Aggregate Subbase Coarse (thickness =0.20m), Aggregate Base course, Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (Unreinforced)-0.20 m. thk, Stone Masonry, Occupational Safety and Health, and Project Billboard required within 120 days CD after the receipt of Notice to Proceed.
